The personnel department sponsors training by rank, including training for new employees, training for young staff, and training for managers. The training focuses on workshop styles, not lecture styles. We also hold other purpose-specific training at any time, and we may also participate in external training in order to acquire work-related knowledge.
In addition to those listed in the application guidelines, there are also participation in the mutual aid system operated by the Japan Private School Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation (Private School Corporation). This system is very substantial and includes funded savings, funded mutual aid pension, and mutual aid term life insurance.
Prenatal and postnatal leave can be taken 6 weeks before and 8 weeks after childbirth, and childcare leave can be taken until the child is 1 year old. If you cannot enter the nursery school, you can extend it for up to 12 months.
After you are hired, the individual number and specific personal information containing the individual number (My Number) collected by the University will be used specifically for social security and tax-related administrative tasks as stipulated in the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify Specific Individuals in Administrative Procedures.
